A little more of Modern Rome

Okay, so this is a little more about an Oc that I don't use as much as Pennsylvania.  This is more about Annetta Vargas, or, the MODERN DAY Rome.  Yes, I have to put that so that people don't think that I'm stealing "Grandpa Rome".  Grandpa Rome is Hidekaz's character, not mine, but, the modern day Rome, that present day Rome, is MINE.  I realize that some people may have OC's for modern day Rome already, but this one is MINE.  Whether you like this one or another person's better, it doesn't matter to me.  Well, I really should start talking about the actual character now!

Annetta Vargas is a young female, and looks like the age of about...18?  Yes, I think that will suffice for an age for her...she's not quite as old as Romano and N. Italy because she is the modern day Rome, and Grandpa Rome had "disappeared" when North Italy was about 4 and Romano would be 7...so, I'm guessing she would be about 2 when Grandpa Rome disappeared...yes, I figured that out mathematically.  Anyway, her birthday is unknown, since I can't think of a proper date at the moment.  She is the little sister figure to most, even if they aren't technically her family.  She loves both her big brother (South and North Italy), though, she has to listen to South Italy all the time.  She also misses Grandpa Rome very much, though, she affectionately called him "Papa Rome".

Annetta shares the basically the same traits as her brother, though, she has a true passion for baking.  She likes the smell when she pulls out a fresh batch of breads she made.  She isn't one for training, and isn't very knowledgeable when it comes to attacking and other things relating to war. She'd rather go outside and play soccer.  She isn't as lazy as North Italy and Romano, she'd just rather not do training.  She actually enjoys doing chores and things at home, and often does it for Romano.  She gets a pleasure out of it!  Again, she loves to bake as well.  When she gets a chance to bake some bread, fritters, or any kind of pastry, she will!

Annetta usually wears a maid dress, sort of like what Chibitalia wore, except in blue.  She has dark brown hair, nearly black, it is down to her shoulders and is in big spirals.  She wears a white headscarf, white stockings, and black dress shoes.  Her chest is quite small, but is not flat.  When she is in her casual clothes, she wears a white blouse, and a flouncy skirt of any color, has a flower of some kind in her hair, and wears the same black flats.  When training, a white tee shirt and a skirt do for her.  ...She's not very casual, as you can see.  She likes skirts and dresses...a lot.

Annetta loves to make new friends and is very open.  You could meet her once and she'd convince you that you are good friends.  She isn't really shy, well, around a few people, she can be.  She is shy around Spain, whom, she has...uh..."affection" for.  She'd never admit it though, it's just the way she is.  She just says she's friends with Spain.  She's sort of afraid of England, but the fear sort of fades, but not completely after a while.  She is deathly terrified of Russia, for obvious reasons, of course.  She is timid around Germany because South Italy said to steer clear of him, but North Italy says that Germany is a good guy, so she doesn't really know what to do when she's near him.  She's pretty much friends with everyone else, if they accept her, of course.

Annetta is attracted to cute little things, flowers, and girly stuff.  She adores little kittens and cats, and likes to squish their paws.  She also, strangely, loves horror movies and likes to play horror games, shooting games, or any games involving violence.  It's really strange, since she's all for cutesy stuff and she is really girly.  No one really understands her taste for horror things, but they accept it.  So, every once in a while, Annetta goes over to America's house to watch the latest horror movie or play the horror games with him.
